Refund Policy

Spa treatment packages and deposits may be refunded in full within 5 working days from the date of purchase upon presentation of the original sales invoice. Refund of payment and deposit shall be by way of cheque payable to the client within 14 working days after the cancellation. (Working days should be exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.) 

Refunds will exclude all discounts or complimentary treatments and used sessions of spa packages. Refund will not be granted for any ala-carte or trial services. Once treatment has commenced, the customer is liable for full payment. Customers may request for a different therapist (subject to availability) within the first 15 minutes of their session and the session will end at the same scheduled time.

 If any sessions have been utilised before cancellation, the amount utilised will be based on the original price of the session. This amount is deducted before refunding the balance amount. The original price of the complimentary items utilised or received by the client in the package, will also be deducted before refunding the balance amount.
