Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, NETs or Cash. We accept cash only in the Singapore currency.
All deposits have a 6 month validity unless otherwise discussed between the manager and client which will be written on the invoice issued upon agreement. Deposit of 50% of the package is collected.
We take a serious view in regard to overcharging of clients. Front-line staff is thoroughly briefed on all types of charges before their implementation. Any change in the charges will be published in our pricelist and brochures or displayed on standees to prevent overcharging/undercharging.
Price tags/price lists used are clear and legible. A receipt will be issued for the amount paid.
We will clearly stipulate what is included in all prices quoted for treatments and spa packages, including taxes, and any other surcharges in the invoice. The prevailing GST tax is applicable as we are GST registered company.
Discounts, promotional and special offer prices shown on advertisements, brochures and posters are subject to certain terms and conditions. We will honour the prices offered according to the terms and conditions of offer during purchase.
