Customer personal particulars are secured locked and save in our appointment system. Only authorized personnel can access the file system.
Spa clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment unless accompanied by a parent.
The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilised at SUPREME BOUTIQUE SPA PTE LTD are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that clients may have. Clients will fully indemnify and hold harmless SUPREME BOUTIQUE SPA PTE LTD and its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
Spa packages sold can be exchanged within 5 working days from date of purchase. Spa packages sold are not applicable for exchange after 5 days unless there are special circumstances which there is a written consent by the General Manager to allow the exchange. Product exchange is applicable within 14 days from the date of sale and only if the product is intact and deemed in good condition with the discretion of the management as final. No exchange is allowed after 14 days.
Treatment packages are applicable for transfer between family members. This requires written consent and a letter fully signed and acknowledged by current owner of the package to be valid.
